Norfolk Community Health Care provides a range of community based health services, such as health visiting, district nursing, rehabilitation services, palliative care, community dental services, foot health including podiatric surgery, and children’s health services.  We are part of NHS Norfolk, but operate as an arms length organisation, and so are able to compete with other providers to deliver services to patients in Norfolk and beyond. 

By 2010 we aim to be a separate legal entity and we are actively seeking the best talent from the commercial and public sectors to help us realise our vision, to become,
